SLELO PRISM is kicking off the new year with a new logo and wanted to share this exciting news with our partnership. Since last spring we have been considering a new, more representative, readable and printable logo. Through collaboration with the DEC and the PRISM network, SLELO has adopted a new logo that sustains continuity among all PRISMs while highlighting unique features of our region.
The fresh new look is based on protecting the lands and waters in our region by holding what we value most, an image of hands beneath a waterbody with a fish jumping and tree silhouettes in the background. The hands represent our partnership and are symbolic to protecting our region. The water and fish signify our abundant freshwater resources and the trees represent Tug Hill and forested areas throughout our region.
Also, find attached our new logo files, please use these new logos on any new outreach materials you may include our logo on.
We hope that you will welcome the new logo and we invite you to enter a friendly Facebook contest to win one of our new logo pins.
25 random winners will be selected on Friday, January 17th, click the image below to enter the contest!
