ABOUT THE PROJECT:
Hosted by the Nature Conservancy (TNC), and SLELO PRISM, this project leverages Environmental DNA (eDNA) monitoring to detect the presence of aquatic invasive species, and lake whitefish during spawning season in tributaries of eastern Lake Ontario, and the St. Lawrence River.
Volunteers are sought to help with a variety of tasks, including:
SLELO PRISM Partner Meeting Schedule: Our partners have decided to meet on a seasonal/quarterly basis. We will meet the third week of these months: January, April, July, and October alternating between Wednesdays and Thursdays, starting at 10 am.
